EYS Academy values the privacy of children and encourages parents to be aware and involved in their children's online activities.

Individuals under the age of 18—or the minimum age required to use online services in their region without parental consent (e.g., 13 in the U.S., 16 in Ireland)—are not permitted to create an account on EYS Academy. However, a parent or legal guardian may access age-appropriate content through their own account.

To opt out of such activities, click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of the page.

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, you may email us at notices@eys-academy.com.

The CCPA also allows you to authorize an agent to act on your behalf. For security reasons, we may require requests to be submitted via the email address associated with your account and may ask you and your authorized agent to verify your identities before processing the request.

For more information on the data we collect and how we collect it, see Sections "1. What Data Do We Collect?" and "2. How Do We Collect Data About You?"

To make such a request, include "California Shine the Light" in the subject line and provide your name, location, and email address in an email to notices@eys-academy.com.

Finally, due to the lack of a universal standard for Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, we do not currently respond to DNT requests.
